Product Update: New Integrations, Mailhook Trigger, AI Web Search

Been shipping tons from all over the place. Drove all around Colorado and Wyoming, and now I'm currently passing through Utah. One thing is the same in every state, though: WorkflowDog is getting better and better. Here's what's new:
š TidyCal Integration
Simple calendar management and booking solution
- Trigger workflows from bookings
- Create, view, and delete bookings
- View available timeslots

Email marketing software, automations & CRM
- Send and review transactional emails
- Create & update transactional email templates

š¬ Mailhook Trigger
Mailhooks are awesome. They're like webhooks, but instead of a URL, you get a custom email inbox that triggers your workflow when you send an email to it.
This meshes super well with Gmail filters, which let you auto-forward based on filtering criteria. This saves you a lot of usage when compared to filtering with logic in your workflow.
Think: support tickets, inventory tracking, cold email metrics, etc.
š AI Web Search
The OpenAI Chat action now has access to models gpt-4o-search-preview and gpt-4o-mini-search-preview. These models search the web for additional context by default, resulting in significantly more relevant responses.
Other Improvements
- Added Format Number action for doing currency (34.2 -> $34.20), percent (0.23 -> 23%), and compact (3400 -> 3.4K) formatting.
- Added Format Date/Time action to allow more friendly date/time outputs (e.g. Jun 4, 2025, December 20, 2025 at 3:45 PM, etc.)
Quick note about Google: WorkflowDog isn't verified with Google yet, so you may get a warning when you connect your Google account. It's safe to proceed! Google verification is coming soon š
